Rome Cavalieri Waldorf Astoria Hotel, ex-Hilton Cavalieri

This Phalanx Bronze was created for the opening of the Cavalieri Hilton Hotel in Rome. It represents the medieval orders of the Italian Cavaliers. Although this work is abstract and conceptual, sculptor John Vassar House works with the strong and faithful forms and character of bronze so that the attachment to reality is not lost.
